Why a plan beats calling when it breaks
Heating and cooling equipment fails under load, which means the coldest and hottest days, which is also when every HVAC company in the metro is slammed. Members are scheduled first. And because the system gets looked at twice a year, most members never need that call at all.
The math
Two tune-ups at the regular price of $159 come to $318 a year. The plan is $204 a year and adds the repair discount, the waived $89 diagnostic and priority service.
It protects your warranty
Most manufacturers require documented annual maintenance to keep the parts warranty valid. Every member visit produces a written report you can keep on file.

Is there a contract?
It is month to month after the first year, and you can cancel any time after your two tune-ups have been completed or paid for.
What if I have a boiler?
Boiler homes are welcome. The plan covers one heating system and one cooling system. Boiler tune-ups take longer, so there is a small add-on that we quote up front.
Does it cover more than one system?
Additional furnaces, air conditioners or mini-split zones can be added at a reduced rate.
Does the plan cover repairs?
It is a maintenance plan, not a warranty. Repairs are 15 percent off and the diagnostic fee is waived.
