How we work
We are an independent, locally owned heating and cooling company based in Minneapolis. We repair before we replace, we quote fixed prices in writing, and we do not pay technicians commission on what they sell. When we do recommend new equipment, you get the measurements and the reasons, and a second opinion from anyone else is welcome.

The Upfront Price Promise
You get the full price in writing before any work starts. If the job takes longer than we thought, that is our problem. The price does not move.
Same Rate, Any Hour
Furnaces do not wait for business hours. Nights, weekends and holidays are billed at the same rate as a Tuesday morning.

If a repair we made fails within one year, we come back and make it right at no charge for parts or labor.
