Gas and carbon monoxide come first
If you smell gas or a CO alarm is going off, leave the house before you do anything else. Call 911 and your gas utility's emergency line from outside. CenterPoint Energy's gas emergency number is 800-296-9815 and Xcel Energy's is 800-895-2999. Once the utility has made the home safe, we repair the equipment.

Will you have the part?
Our trucks carry the common igniters, sensors, motors, capacitors, controls and pumps. When a part must be ordered, we do what we can to get you temporary heat in the meantime.
